Everyone who paid by December 13th is in the club!  We will have TWO buses, and a few additional club advisors. :)

Important Message!

It sounds like there is still a lot of interest in the 2013-2014 LJH Snow Sports Club...  IF we get 30 additional members by Friday, December 13th, I can order a second bus.  Please spread the word!!!  Students need to pick up applications in Mrs. A. Williams' classroom or the office.  Once the applications are complete they need to give them to the secretary with a CHECK.  (We will lock the applications in the safe until Friday.)  If we have 30 members we will order a second bus and process the checks, if we have less than 30 members we will return the applications and checks to the students.

2013-2014 Info.

Experienced skiers and snowboarders can join the LJH Snow Sports Club. Students need to bring their own equipment!  Mr. McGaffin will meet students in the foyer on the east side of the gym at 7:45am each day that we are riding. (The room will be locked at 8am SHARP!) Students need to leave 4th/8th period at 2:55pm, promptly change, pick up their equipment and be ready to load the bus by 3:10pm.  Mr. Egan will supervise the equipment room from 2:55-3:10pm.  The bus will pick us up on the east side of the school, directly in front of the gym.

Club Options:
1. Pay for the four night passes, bus, and the club fee (including a hoody)=$95
2. Buy a discounted student season pass, four bus rides, and the club fee=$222
3. If you already have a season pass to Wolf Mtn. just pay for the bus rides and the club fee=$47

We are riding WEDNESDAY nights in January (the 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th). We are skipping January 1^st because of winter recess.

Applications will be  in the main office when we return from Thanksgiving Recess. Fees must be paid by FRIDAY, DECEMBER 13TH. Once you have paid attach the receipt to your completed application and place it in Annie Williams' box.

Lost and Found

There are a few small items that were left on the bus.  If you are missing something please email Mrs. Williams (anwilliams@dsdmail.net) and she will see if it's in the lost and found. =D 

Please be specific so that we can determine if the item is truly yours.

Important Information

The students will NOT have access to the school when we return to LJH.  They need to bring their backpacks and homework with them to Wolf Mtn. 

Parents-
Please pick your child(ren) up at 8:45pm, in front of the gym.

2012-2013 Information

Please either bring your gear/equipment to school tomorrow OR have your parents deliver it at 3pm.

The bus will pick us up on the east side of the school (in front of the gym) at 3pm SHARP!

If you want to store your gear at the school Mr. McGaffin will be in front of the storage closet from 7:50-8:05am. The storage closet is located in the foyer on the east side of the gym (near the girls’ bathroom). Mr. Egan will be there at 2:55pm so you can pick your equipment up.

I will distribute passes when we arrive at Wolf Mtn.

Plan on meeting the bus at 7:50pm; we will depart at 8pm. Your parents need to pick you up from LJH at 8:45pm (in front of the gym).

Our club picture will be taken on January 22nd, at Wolf Mtn.  Please wear your club hoodie.
