Important Information

Bring your equipment to school January 8, 15, 22, and 29. Mr. McGaffin will meet you in the foyer on the east side of the gym. He will open the storage room at 7:50am and close it promptly at 8:05am. It is your responsibility to show up on time! If you are late you will need to figure out where to store your own equipment. We are not responsible for lost, damage, or stolen equipment!

Coach Egan will unlock the storage room at 2:55pm. Quickly change and meet the bus outside. We will take roll and then head to Wolf Mtn.

Please tell your parents to pick you up (in front of the gym) at 8:45pm.

Everyone who paid by December 13th is in the club! We will have TWO buses, and a few additional club advisors. :)

Important Message!

It sounds like there is still a lot of interest in the 2013-2014 LJH Snow Sports Club... IF we get 30 additional members by Friday, December 13th, I can order a second bus. Please spread the word!!! Students need to pick up applications in Mrs. A. Williams' classroom or the office. Once the applications are complete they need to give them to the secretary with a CHECK. (We will lock the applications in the safe until Friday.) If we have 30 members we will order a second bus and process the checks, if we have less than 30 members we will return the applications and checks to the students.

2013-2014 Info.

Experienced skiers and snowboarders can join the LJH Snow Sports Club. Students need to bring their own equipment! Mr. McGaffin will meet students in the foyer on the east side of the gym at 7:45am each day that we are riding. (The room will be locked at 8am SHARP!) Students need to leave 4th/8th period at 2:55pm, promptly change, pick up their equipment and be ready to load the bus by 3:10pm. Mr. Egan will supervise the equipment room from 2:55-3:10pm. The bus will pick us up on the east side of the school, directly in front of the gym.

Club Options:
1. Pay for the four night passes, bus, and the club fee (including a hoody)=$95
2. Buy a discounted student season pass, four bus rides, and the club fee=$222
3. If you already have a season pass to Wolf Mtn. just pay for the bus rides and the club fee=$47

We are riding WEDNESDAY nights in January (the 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th). We are skipping January 1^st because of winter recess.

Applications will be in the main office when we return from Thanksgiving Recess. Fees must be paid by FRIDAY, DECEMBER 13TH. Once you have paid attach the receipt to your completed application and place it in Annie Williams' box.
